We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your registration details are accurate and up to date
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

Patient data and your responsibilities

You are the data controller for all patient data you enter into Practeese. This means you are responsible for:

  • Having a lawful basis for processing your patients' personal data
  • Informing your patients that their data is stored on Practeese
  • Ensuring your use of the platform complies with UK GDPR and any applicable professional regulatory obligations
  • The accuracy of all data you enter

Our Data Processing Agreement governs how Practeese handles patient data on your behalf.

Subscription and payment

After your free trial, Practeese is available on a monthly or annual subscription billed via Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months or partial years.

Introductory pricing applies for the first 3 months of a monthly subscription. Standard pricing applies from month 4 onwards.

We aim for high availability and take reliability seriously. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Practeese is not liable for any loss, clinical or financial, arising from service downtime or data unavailability.

We perform maintenance with as much advance notice as possible and aim to schedule it outside working hours.
